Where your driver meets you at Brussels Airport

Most transfer companies leave this vague. Here it is precisely.

With the Meet & Greet option, your driver waits inside the arrivals hall, in front of the Quick restaurant, and helps with your luggage from there. Meet & Greet is a paid extra you select when booking.

Without it, your driver contacts you directly to agree the pickup point, normally the kerbside pickup area outside arrivals.

At every other airport, your driver contacts you by WhatsApp one day before you travel to confirm the booking and the meeting point. If you booked Meet & Greet, they meet you inside arrivals.

That WhatsApp message the day before is deliberate. You have a real person’s number before you land — not a booking reference and a hope.

You have one hour of free waiting time from your scheduled arrival. Passengers on EU flights normally reach the meeting point inside that hour. Arrivals from outside the EU usually take longer at passport control, so give us your flight number when you book and we will plan the pickup around it.

Airports we serve from Leuven

Brussels Airport (Zaventem) — Belgium’s national airport and our most-driven route. 24.6 km from Leuven, around 22 minutes. Allow closer to 40 minutes in the morning peak; we build that into your pickup time.

Brussels South Charleroi — the low-cost hub at Gosselies used by Ryanair and Wizz Air. 84 km, just over an hour. This is the route where a fixed price matters most: a metered fare over that distance is unpredictable.

Liège Airport — 75.4 km, under an hour, increasingly used for holiday charters.

Antwerp Airport (Deurne) — 67.1 km, about an hour. (Keep the route listed but do not feature it: TUI fly withdraws its last scheduled services in March 2027, so leisure demand on this route is ending. Business aviation and pilot training continue. Do not write that the airport is closing — it isn’t, and saying so would be inaccurate.)

Eindhoven Airport — the Dutch low-cost hub. 117.4 km, around 1 hour 30.

Amsterdam Schiphol — 219.8 km, roughly 2 hours 25 minutes door to door. A fixed €345 against an unpredictable international meter.
