From an EU arrival, most passengers reach the meeting point within about an hour. From outside the EU, passport control usually pushes it past that, so tell us your flight number when you book and we will plan the pickup around it.

You get one hour of free waiting time from your scheduled arrival, so a delayed bag or a slow passport queue costs you nothing. Your driver also contacts you by WhatsApp before your travel day — if your flight changes, message them on that number.
